i have a question, how do you put text and what not without distorting the image, everytime i try to add text it comes out blurry as hell lol

For this particular one the text was part of the picture. But I guess I've really never run into that problem, really all I can say is just make sure you're using Photoshop and that you're working with a perfect square document.
