Based on a joke that's been going around here and the official SMBZ forums (known as VGLan BTB) after the third "preview" of episode 7. Since Stuffwell gets Sonic to let him store the 4 chaos emeralds people seem to think:
1) He's working for Mecha.
2) The emeralds are gonna make him turn evil or some junk like that.
3) They just don't like him and want Shadow or somebody to whoop his padded ass.
4) He's Evil.

This is also a big for me since I made something using just paint. I normally use PowerPoint and print screen it into paint.

Note: I don't plan on using just sprites here. I whipped this up in boredom. So worry not Sprite Haters. And I would have used the "famous scream" sprite if I could find it. It's not on the sheet I used or I didn't look very hard.
