1) They don't mind wearing clothes, especially bikinis
2) They're more beautiful, sexier, and attractive than human females.
3) They're wet (they're half-fish, duh)
4) Boobs
5) As DrBaghead said, "They're shiny!"

Also, they have lovely voices that can lead men to their doom.

Next question...why do some men prefer dating mermaids instead of human girls?

Obvious statement, but no.

Because some of these men may be sailors, which they love the sea. Mermaids are part of the sea, so they're part of a sailor's love. Think of the sea as a woman who you've been dating your entire lifetime.

For the rest of the mermaid lovers, they're just nerds who enjoy fish fetish on the internet (obviously I'm one of them XD).

I prefer the retro pokemon! from red and blue. But yeah I grew out of the anime first, then the video games once I relised they're ALL the same basicly.

Ditto, I love the SNES still though, I'd take it over a Wii any day, then again I like the old games and graphics. I have to admit I do enjoy real time battle over turn based though.

They're ok but they get annoying, the worse part is random encounters.
