here is my DocBerlin77 Cleaner Desktop Skin

to explanation

if you click on the time display on the hour display
you can use the left mouse button to open that Windows start menu and with the right mouse button, you can hide the Windows taskbar

click on the minute display with the left mouse button opens Microsoft Paint

at the trash
you can open the trash with the left mouse button and with the right mouse button you can immediately delete the entire contents of the recycle bin
