The little baby on this drawing is my lovely colt  DRs Last one Standing <3
This foal is based on my real life horse Doc and I love him just as much as the real one
The other little pony is Mister Costarico also known as Cookie or Tony the pony

The story:

*He could smell his mother beside him, while they were standing in this strange dark thing. He had known other foals, friends that he could play with and they were all gone. He was alone, with his mother in this strange thing. Suddenly the ground started to move, but he wasen't moving. He didn't understand what was going on, but his mom was quiet so he went a bit closer to her so he could feel her. Those strange creatures were the ones that had put them in here. He always thought that they were nice, he really liked to play with them. But he had a strange feeling about this..."

When they arrived at the horsemarket Raven was excited about all the pretty horses she saw. Her friend was following her when she walked to the gate to enter the market. Her grandfather told her that she would have to wait untill she was sure she had found the right horse. He knew she would buy the first horse she would see, so he hoped that would give her some sense by finding a horse. He grandfather wanted to come with her, but he had a heartattack a few days ago and he wasn't allowed to leave the hospital yet. She wanted to wait untill the next market, but her grandfather wanted her to go. So she asked her friend Octavia to come with her. Octavia's parents owned a stable not to far away from where Raven studied and she spend a lot of time there. Octavias horse was a large red stallion named Captain Jack Sparrow, but she always called him Jack. He was a great jumping horse and also his offspring were showing off to become great jumpers. Octavia had offered Raven one of his offsprings to ride and take care for. So Raven had done that for a while, but now she was able to buy here own horse thanks to her grandfather. Eventho she had some money now, she couldn't affort an expensive offspring from Jack.

And that is where they came back to the horsemarket. As her grandfather predicted Raven saw a dark bay mare at the beginning of the market and she directly wanted to buy her. "No not that one." Octavia saw beyond the sweet eyes, she noticed the bad hooves and bad furr. I don't think she is the one for you." Raven looked at Octavia and then back to the mares eyes. "But she looks so sweet!". "This is gonna be a long long day...."

During the day Octavia had seen some horses she thought were worth buying, but Raven didn't liked any of them. Raven on the other hand had seen even more horses she wanted to buy, but they were all rejected by Octavia. After a break for lunch Octavia was getting tired of all the poor horses Raven wanted to rescue. But Raven knew she would find her horse here. She looked around from the place they were having lunch. All those horses... She wanted to save all of them, but ofcourse she wasn't able to. When they stood up to see the last part of the market Raven suddenly heard a horse whining, There where more whining, but this one was the one she had to find. "Did you hear that?" Octavia didn't knew what Raven was talking about. But Raven was sure. "I know I can find my horse here." She was determined when she moved to the part of the market she thought she heard the whining can from. There it was. His blue eyes started right at Raven. His breath was fast, short and his eyes were showing that he was scared. Then she realised he wasen't looking at her, Raven looked back and saw a black mare being loaded inside a truck. He was whining at his mother. She walked to the man that stood next at the foal. "Where is his mother?" "Sold, but she didn't wanted the colt. The person who bought his mom, was only looking for breedingmares. Not for foals and I can't keep them anymore. "So do you have any papers with it?" This time it was Octavia asking a question. "Yes I do." He gave the paspoort to Octavia and when she looked up she looked at Raven. "So what would you like to get for him?"

And that was the moment Raven was the owner of her first horse. But when they came home and the colt came of the trailer. It was in panic. It was whining, it wasn't used to a halter yet so they had put the trailer in front of the indoor arena. So the colt ran into the arena, but when he was in the arena he suddenly stopped. Looking around, whining, running than stopping, running, whining again. He didn't knew where to go or where not to go. "Maybe we can put Tony with him?" Octavia looked at her mother. "I think that's a great idea. That poor colt... He must be so scared. Away from his mom." Octavia went away to bring Tony inside the arena and when the colt saw Tony he ran to him. Tony wasn't really amused by the scared colt, but the colt was calming by his present. He followed Tony with every step. From that moment the colt was not leaving Tony's side.

They actually had to share a stall, cause they couldn't get Tony away from the colt. The colt was so scared, they couldn't come close to him the first days. So they tried to come closer by using Tony. And every time the colt came closer.

Tony himself was a bit fat, but he really liked to jump... Somtimes then... If he wanted to... So Raven, who was more taking care for Tony than for the colt, since he was still not really calm with being touched, decided to let them jump. She put two pylons in the arena and made a small jump of it. The first time the colt saw the jump it was looking at it with very large eyes. But Tony didn't, so as "brave" as the colt pretended to be, he was following Tony around the arena, to the scary opstacle and.... When Tony came to the jump, he wasn't really planning on putting his feet in the air, so the jump fell. But the colt was jumping... And the way how he did it was amazing! Raven couldn't believe her eyes, but she was the lucky one, she was filming the jump. When Octavia saw it, she laughed. "So I'll have to prepare myself for my opponent then. She you in a few years at the top sweetheart." Raven looked at Octavia. That feeling was unreal. She felt amazing! "Thank you grandpa!"
