Description
The August 28th Lunar Eclipse.The sequence is from about 28 minutes before totality and almost 10 minutes after totality.
Totality is based upon the PUBLISHED time for my location.
Taken with my D-80 and a 300mm lens. Makes me wish I had a Celestron 9 inch for this.
The next one of these events is in February 2008.

hehe WOOO for D80 and 300mm lenses i however only managed to get 1 stage of it. this looks great, you have gotta love the colours

wow, those are really good shots. i was wathing the eclipse, and my photos looked like pumpkins(because my camera is rubbish)
