You have to rig these yourself. I just made them in Blender.

You should really try making a fan-game out of these models as well as your Metal Sonic model & Super Sonic model 
Just a suggestion... If you were to fix up the hands a bit, ake them less "Blocky" it would be even more epic! Not that it already is....

I would've loved a full Saturn or Dreamcast game in this look, too bad history never let it happen.
Also I dunno why but I love low poly models, might just be the nostalgia, like with pixels, but it might be why I also love rough concept art over finished, high detailed products.
