There is a part in Episode 2 of "Life is Strange" where Chloe says something along the lines of "I finally get my best friend back, and she's super-sized!" It's in reference to Max's time reversing powers, but I still think it's a fun throw away line for GT scenarios.
In this case, I've reversed it - she finally gets her best back, and she's fun sized!This was an attempt to make a more dynamic looping animation. I'm still not 100% happy with it, but I do think the animation/looping work is the best I've done yet. Lots of tricks still to learn.
I've uploaded the full resolution (>720p) and full frame rate (60fps) version to gfycat, but it still mashes the quality horribly. I'm investigating a few other webm hosting websites (and the brute-force upload-several-loops-to-YouTube) options to see if I can squeeze a bit more of the original quality back out. Until then, here's the gyfcat version:

The best option might be to just upload the video file directly to a file sharing site like mega.co.nz and let interested folks directly download the file to their computer. Open to any and all suggestions for good alternatives!

Yeah, I don't think I'll produce anything based on this game that's particularly spoiler heavy. I've got one idea for a static render that might be considered an extremely mild spoiler (basically it's just a "character X doesn't like character Y" scenario, nothing major at all), but that's probably still a while off.
And, yeah, who doesn't just adore Max?

I found them here on deviant art, some folks have extracted the models from the game files. Here's one of them, which includes a link to a bunch more in the description: 'Life is Strange' Max Ep2 XPS ONLY!!! The models only comprise of what you see, so no nudity (unless you want to try to re-construct/re-texture something yourself, I guess?)

I don't know how easy it is to extract the models, I haven't done it myself. Though I'm kinda curious ... I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of the in-game locations for some renders. The game has such a painterly aesthetic that it's difficult to put the girls into more "realistic" scenes without it being too visually jarring.

The game's graphics are beautiful. "Painterly aesthetic" - exactly. This all game is just so... pleasant. In a good way. The graphics feel so smooth, and even the script and the voice acting - just so smooth and soothing while at the same time being convincing and conveying and doesn't feel like a cheesy fake. I take off my hat to them for achieving this effect.
