The eighth of my Birthstone Mermaids is the gorgeous Peridot. She represents the month of August, and is my own birthstone (I was born August 3)!Peridot loves the attention she gets from all the mermen. She is just as beautiful as Diamond (and also still available I believe), and enjoys showing off her gorgeous looks to a crowd. Her sisters call her "the Model." She's the only mermaid who can look good in anything. Even handfulls of seaweed make her attractive.
The rock she's on resembles a stage like what would be seen at Miss America pageants. I think she's a winner.

This is lovely and its my birth month! I was born in August! I'm thinking sometime later I might draw my own version of her, well with your design, but I'd draw it and paint it. Or maybe I should paint her? Its up to you.
