Octillary is one of the members of hypnotrons syndicate. Octillay is a subspecies of the race known as king kraken's, unlike king kraken's he is stronger but less intelligent then then them because of this he was easily manipulated into being the muscles of a dozen different gangs which resulted with him and a dozen other king kraken's similar to him being captured by a race of clocktanians know as slavers who sold him and he rest into slavery to the highest bidder and in Octillary's case he was purchased by Hypnotron and became one of his loyal heavy hitting bodyguards
