I also like the look of stubborn determination in these women's faces versus fear.  I also like how they're shown sunk even deeper in their muddy trap.  Ciel's legs are now as hopelessly stuck in the mud as Erika's were in the first frame...  unfortunately for Erika, she has sank even deeper with the tar-like mud sealing around her waist...  seems like Erika's sinking like a rock.

Great job drawing the mud mounding up and clinging tightly around them, and nice job having Erika's arms coated with the mud...  it shows just how thick, heavy, and sticky the mud is.

I'm loving the determined looks that the two ladies have as they attempt to wade through the bog, finding either an exit or something to grab onto, despite the mud having a much stronger grip on them as they sink further. Good job with this part!
