Description
The leader of the superhero team, the Spartan Squadron. She is one of the most powerful supes created, employed and sponsored by the corrupt corporation, Burke Technologies Inc., Chloe Nelson was not the first General Cosmic however. Before Chloe, another individual was introduced as General Cosmic, a man named Jeffrey Geller. However, Geller was an unstable, sadistic and murderous sociopath. During a supposed hostage rescue, he ended up murdering everyone, including the hostages. Realizing they created a monster, Burke Technologies forcibly placed Geller in a cyrostasis chamber. They covered up the incident and told the public that General Cosmic went to space to fight a galactic level threat called "Tharkeon the Dark Titan". Burke Technologies went about replacing him and out of many candidates that they injected with their mysterious super-serum, Chloe Nelson was the only one who successfully developed powers (and the only one who survived the process). She got the same powers as the former General Cosmic: super strength, flight, durability and being able to shoot "solar" energy out of her hands. She is presented to the public as the "cousin" of the first General Cosmic, who "voluntarily went to Earth to help protect it". Despite being one of Burke Technologies's most powerful superheroes, she is still significantly weaker than actual superheroes like Solaris and Maravillosa. While at first, she genuinely wanted to become a hero and do good, she ended up becoming a willing lapdog for the company, as she became too indulged into her lavish lifestyle and fame. She hates the Legion of Defenders, seeing them as rivals, and she would often lead her team in attempts to take down the Legion.

She is a parody/knock off of Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel from the MCU.
