Description
Cliyapi...She is the most powerful and unbeatable creature in the universe. For over 80 million years she has grown more powerful and more bored. She plots and schemes to move the universe in ways that amuse her. She plays the greatest heroes and villains for fools and her playthings. Once in her game, one can not resist. They ultimately end up doing what she wants of them.
She is a very mysterious being who has larger plans than just being amused by the trails and sufferings of lesser beings for the universe.

Cliyapi was never the most powerful. She among the oldest and most dangerous. She can manipulate her own history because she knows everything she every knew, doe know now, and will know up to the end of her life. She can respond to threats before they ever become threats.
If Cleopactra and Nakera ever sought to attack Cliyapi she could easily kill Cleopactra before she ever went after the rings and tame Nakera to be her servant forever as she was overcoming her old programming as a weapon.

She's one of my eariest. I did her when I was maybe nine, making her one of my oldest, if not my oldest, active character.

I have a style like that, I suppose. There is a DA site with my name on it I didn't start up. The person who did this posted a lot of my works from VCL there. Even though I was given the password, I still can't get in to close it down or claim it for my own.

Strange tin g is I don't remember her hair being quite so long. But the updated design sketches I did took me that way.
