it is an ayah from surat " al-isra' " from the quran
ولا تمش في الأرض مرحا إنك لن تخرق الأرض ولن تبلغ الجبال طول

the exact translation is : And do not go about in the land exultingly, for you cannot cut through the earth nor reach the mountains in height.

it is an order to human to be a modest
