It's always good to practice drawing from observation, too. Drawing anime is great, but the only way you can improve is if you draw things from the real world!

You got lots of potential! More than anything else, I recommend drawing from real life. Use photo references rather than just trying to wing it, study some anatomy, go to a park and draw a tree, etc. Observing from the real world will help you in every other drawing you do!
