I had my cousin use it and it found like 12 gig of old temporary installation files and stuff.
For the record, it's hard drive space, not memory. Your memory only contains what isΒ currently running.
Once you've closed a program or document, it is cleared out of the memory, and on shut down, it all is.
Good luck gettin' it cleaned up without having to delete too much!
