indeed lol, i shall try to.
indeed the light does hit very well in this "tunnel", yea it goes on for a around 1500ft(thx google maps lol).

got any suggestions on what i should try? always open to trying to get better pictures

That's quite an impressive distance lol

Okay *rubs hands together* what I'm seeing from some of your photos is a lot of point and shoot, now there's nothing wrong with that itself it's just that when you take a photo there should be something to go along with it. Like a higher level of something. For example this photo here is good, it's got good focus and such but it may have that lingering feeling of "well so what?" Kind of like an essay. When you conclude an essay you kind of have to bring up the point to the reader of why that information was important. In my opinion, so don't come after me if you don't think this lol, photography should have a bit of that too. So you took a picture of a road, what else? Is there feeling here? Is there something specific we should be noticing? Is there a beauty you've added to the shot that if you hadn't taken a photo, wouldn't have been seen?

And I'm showing these to you [I actually just searched "road" from the search bar lol] not to be like "Oh look at this, look at this" But that I think you have potential you just have to work on toning it out more, and I mean that in general as taking photos not just this photo itself. Those photos also have different skill levels and everything too, and I certainly don't want to come off like I'm awesome either but like anything else, in order to get better there are things we need to improve on, and I think with time you will be able to do such things as well.

And by showing those examples, I don't know about you, but just by me looking at them I was filled with a certain emotion to it. Or a thought came to mind, things like that. And I suppose the challenge I'm creating for you is, when you look at your photos what do you feel? And if there's a twinge of something there, begin to shape it out more. And of course, it may not just be emotion, it could make you think or wonder, things like that.

Of course, I don't know much about photography either, so what I'm saying could be rubbish but I'm just trying to help in my own little way =]

though im not sure if i completely caught what you were trying to convey, but im thinking either i should add something in the description or edit the photo(or try a mode on the camera) to add a feel. or maybe i missed it but if i did let me know, wanting to get better, and im trying to focus on smaller details that cant be seen easily.

I think you got the general idea lol, editing is good
but going overboard sometimes isn't, but as long as you
can capture an idea, feel or questionable thought along
with or sometimes including just a neat looking photo,
you're good lol
