Sooo, I haven't been drawing at all lol but hoping I will maybe more. I have a LOT of stuff in the works at varying levels of completion lol (Would you want to see WiPs? how/where? Statuses? idk lol)
Just waiting on a new GPU for my new PC though, I have a placeholder right now so I can't use my display tablet currently, this was drawn before my other computer blew up heh

I redesigned Hazel a bit because I want her to be less MLP exclusive of a character and I was overall just not entirely happy with her design anymore. She was too much of a blatant MLP self insert, which is I guess what a ponysona is, but I wanted her to be a bit more interesting as well (Also my hair changed again, big surprise, so it actually matches mine more now lol). Honestly, Hazel is actually Doe, but when she guises as a unicorn, she goes by either Doe or Hazel. She can even don a cutiemark if she is going to be entering the MLP universe, but she isn't bound to it of course. I wanted her to look more like a traditional unicorn while also having a closer resemblance to her original dragon form so it would make more sense that it was still her.

I'll be making a proper reference for her soon of course. This is also a sort of style test. I've been moving to a more equine style with my drawings of ponies or other equine creatures, but I still enjoy the simplicity of a more cartoony style. For a while I was stuck between the two, wanting to do more detail and realistic shapes while also clinging onto the cartoony stuff and it just wasn't working lol, so I need one style that I'm just going to keep simpler and maybe even more MLP canon, but I'm not sure about that quite yet. I might still mess with this chibi/cartoonier style a bit more while still favoring simplicity as opposed to my newer main equine style
