Can I ask a question? Since this was drawn in Paint Tool SAI, what size did you use for the canvas? I would like to try drawing my own dakimakura, but am unsure about what canvas size to use for the best results, and SAI is the only drawing program I have

For each side I used a canvas size of 1417 x 4535 pixels (roughly 50 x 160 cm)
