This is an excellent study and I bet you have a sore hand but it is pretty boring as anything beyond a study. If it were to be anything beyond a study it would have a variation in line, such as I suppose you could use different gradients of pencils. Lines should be darker where there is obvious bone lines and lighter where it is soft flesh, that is what I am told all the time anyway although I dont understand it much. Your other drawings have a strength about them, this seems to be falling into the abyss of attempted photo-realism, and successfull photo-realism isnt much to be desired for in the real world. I think the best way to learn how to draw hands is to force yourself only 1-2 minutes each time and just do heaps of them. Eventually it will be second nature and will have a life to it as apposed to hours of maticulous boredom.
I suck at giving advice by the way so I'm sorry if I fail you.

Thanx so much for the critique! (i probably should put the hand in the scraps section, its older than my other pieces. and you're right about the photo realism, a while ago i kept trying to make all of my drawings perfect, but i've started becoming more and more abstract, because i'm starting to love the really sketchy stuff. But thanks- it was a really helpful critique!
