Ich liebe solche bilder mit viel Freiraum, auch wenn ich des öfteren zu hören bekomme, dass er hoch groß ist.

jetzt hab ich extra nochmal nachgeguckt, und brauchte wirklich mehrere sekunden um dort den mülleimer zu finden. der geht einfach unter! gliedert sich ein! fällt jedenfalls überhaupt nicht auf. krass.

I thought about this for some time. But i like it better that way. perhaps because i'm not a fan of that perfect symmetry or just to let the pole be a antipole to the bin on the left. Perhaps i'll think about that again...

It's a very nice picture, I personally think there's a little too much negative space though. I don't know if you know what the rule of thirds is, but if you had used it and had the dock and the people up a little more, I think the picture would have been a little better. It's still a very nice photo though, I really do like it.

i know the rule of thirds. I had a version with 2/3 white and 1/3 bridge but i think this were to harmonic and the fact that the "horizon" is a little below the third adds a lot of tension to the picture.
perhaps i'll upload a thirds version as scraps.

Gefällt mir auf jeden Fall besser als libertine. Schön, wie die Silhouetten der beiden Personen langsam im Nebel verschwinden.

Jo mir gefällts auch besser als libertine. Die Aufteilung bei Libetine ist leder alles andere als perfekt. Hätts am liebsten im Querformat (wies auch anfangs aufgenommen war) allerdings passte da garnichts, weil das Brett ungefähr in der Mitte war und nen Tick links der Typ. Passte halt nichts von wegen Dritteln.
btw: die Personen sind rein retouchiert aus nem anderen Foto das ich im Nebel gemacht habe

the fog here is very accurate, and the sillhoutes of two people - very misterious

scenes like this always remind me of "Requiem for a Dream"
also this picture relects the wether in my location, which is work driver - when it`s sunny i like to go out, but when it`s gloomy then I can get some work done since i`ll be forced to stay home.
