Description
Despite all the color that goes into the OWL designs, I can't see an OWL comic as being anything but black and white. Even though I suck at manga style, I gotta try...So here's ValzanPri and ValzanSe. I made so many mistakes while drawing this; it's ridiculous. But you can finally see their wings, so at least I achieved something. XD
I use the character designs to chat about the universe, so I feel like I should take some time out to introduce the characters a bit.
Phoenix Fraxinella is your average irresponsible-yet-lovable drunk "father", who spends most of his day picking fights and looking for booze. He seems to get a kick out of pissing people off, but he really is a sweetheart underneath it all. He and Stork have one of the healthier Primary-Secondary relationships in the story.
Stork Dittany is of course Phoenix's more responsible counterpart. She's spent most of her life taking care of others, though, and sometimes wishes she could go back to the days of being her Primary's spoiled little princess. Also, she's had a huge crush on another Secondary for about 600 years. She still isn't sure when she'll be able to confess her feelings. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
