I should explain… In the original sketch I wrote next to the flower, “You’re not a genius.” Referencing to the episode Memory of a Memory, in where Marceline’s boyfriend Ash calls her dumb for not understanding why her teddybear was so valuable. So by calling PB “not a genius”, Marshall is just saying that he loves her
