Doktor Frogg's evil laugh is the thing that made me like him so much, it's so maniacal.
I dunno where Lee Tockar digs it up from, but it suits Frogg to the T.

Lee Tockar does the voice for Doktor Frogg. Gave him sort of a Peter Lorre-esque quality. Just one of the reasons I love the character so. That and the maniacal laughter, and screaming like a girl whenever Doomie tries to eat him.
