Oh Victorian-style clothing is appropriately fancy, I must say. Though my familiarity with it is pretty much non-existent xD. I really have to practice drawing clothing :0

Yes, but there's something to be said about the mood Baroque would set...OR, hybridizing it with traditional Japanese and Chinese like Kishimoto does.
