Something special to start the New Year off with. Well... To me at least.

This is a newly revised and re-textured Valhalla Station star base for the Asgard in the Stargate Races mod for Sins of a Solar Empire.

This mesh is based off of an old high-poly concept from Sci-Fi Meshes many years back. It was one of the few custom models I attempted to build from scratch way back when and some of it still looks pretty good now. I gave it a few little revisions and redid the city section almost entirely in this updated version, along with an all-new and much more efficient UV set. I'm also quite pleased with how some of the materials turned out this time around.

The mesh is 44,089 vertices and 42,472 triangles. It's rendered here with a single 4k resolution texture set.
