Even though I doubt there's a Valentine's Day in the SW universe (Though honestly I wouldnt be surprised), I did want to honor the developing relationship between Tal and his love interest. Hawke and his significant other will also be in a neighboring piece much like this one! Though you may not know the entirety of their relationship, I hope you ship them as hard as I do- because these clone lads need another form of motivation to bring meaning to their lives!

This particular scene takes place towards the close of the Red Arm Report Arc, where both Hawke and Tal are left adrift in their battle-damaged SPAR suits- relying on each others'shambled equipment the brothers must 1)Maintain life support systems 2)relay a distress signal 3)Not succumb to the wounds they've already sustained. 4)Protect each other, as only one of the suits has an arm and particle rifle.

As you can surmise, the duo was found in the nick of time. Their suits' reserves were nearing depletion, and the air was coming in through a straw. Let it also be known that ever since the two were transferred to the Red Arm Battalion they've been completely out of contact with the 77th and their Jedi General thanks to the communications blanket that was established by the Red Arms to conceal their station and their operations. Their flagship picked up a random GAR distress signal, but had nothing to go off of. The two heroines in this sense, raced to the bridge at the first notice- barraging the 77th Fleet Admiral Holt and General Stratos. The Admiral was reprimanding the two for bringing discord onto the bridge with their actions, despite their positions as delegates of their native planet in the Unknown Regions. Stratos senses their concern, sighing and issuing the command to pursue the signal- calling it a "hunch" rather than going full-Jedi and crediting the Force. The flagship jumps to the coordinates and spots the SPAR suits, unfamiliar with the equipment, they launch two CR-20 Troop Transports (The ones from the 2003 CW series that pursued Anakin after Muunilist), who had the cargo space to store the SPAR suits. They return to the ship's hangar bay where they dismount the battered machines. At this point, the mechanics are connecting their datapads to link with the suits' systems and force open the cockpits. Which brings us to the scene here, where the two heroines race to the bay in the hopes the pilots are Hawke and Tal. The dead giveaway of course, was the decal on the SPAR head monitors/main camera: Tal's suit had the "X" scored in red over the right eye, whilst Hawke's had the single red scar scored straight down on the left. Let it also be known that the halves of the cameras that don't have the decals are damaged and practically cratered from their battle. The mechanics open Tal's cockpit from the front (rather than through the back like in concept), and step back as "she" enters in to find the ARC trooper turned mech pilot, damaged cockpit interior and equally tattered body- but still capable of brandishing his Anti-armor Magnum, albeit very weakly- expecting the worst from his "rescuers".
