This is awesome. I live on a canal in Florida so I see manatees all the time. One gave birth outside my house. I'd really like to know what the words in the banner mean. I just know that a dugong is a manatee-like animal that lives in...Africa? I dunno.

I think the dugong is another name for the manatee. I think basically it translates into "In manatees we trust."
