Description
one of the drawings for my junior AP concentration.I'm focusing on the nature of the psychedelic experience and the mystery of being a living being. Psychedelics have always fascinated me, the feeling of being a part of everything around you is bigger than life. In my work I hope to portray a sense of the world being a single living being as well as bring forth a feeling of warmth and connectedness to your surroundings.

somewhat, but not directly. all the pieces in this series are about connecting to the natural world and looking at the world in such a way that you see yourself in it rather than view yourself as a separate being.

I like to think of all things as natural at their core... You can't make anything 'artificial' without manipulating something natural first. A beaver makes its dam out of sticks, we make ours out of concrete. More steps are needed, sure, but something natural had to be there at some point or else the concrete would not.
