Giroro's mom was an abusive, intolerant women. She horrifically abused her sons behind her husband's back and terrorized them day after day. She is the reason why Giroro is afraid of sea cucumbers, and Garuru (in One Hundred Days), is uncomfortable around bugs. When the dad found out he immediately divorced her.
Years later, though, something happened in her life that made everything she believed want to turn around. She tries to get help from doctors but the only one who could help her is Kururu's father, who is a psychologist.
