Based on the idea, here's the girls with the 7 elements of harmony based on the new episodes of MLP. It's actually six, but it's always good adding one more to the group.Mina is Laughter because she's always happy. Even if she is sad, she's will bounce easy.
Tikal is Honesty because she's Knuckles' girlfriend. And people consider Knuckles as the counterpart of Applejack, that's why I put Tikal on this.
Blaze is Loyalty because she never abandon her friends. And because both her and RD are tomboys.
Cream is Kindness because duh! Both are really caring for people and both can fly.
I don't really know why I choose Rouge as Generousity but, much like Rarity, Rouge loves jewels and are both sensual.
Shade is Forgiveness because she's a reedemed villain and she betrayed the Nocturnus Clan because she made new friends.
And Amy Rose is Magic because she and Twilight are both my favourite females and even doesn't having a power form, she has the TRUE POWER of love.
I was about to put Sally, Cosmo and Sonia. But that will be 10 elements of heart and not 7.

You misunderstood. If you listed proper reasons why Tikal should be honesty (ie: her personality) instead of who she's in a relationship with, I can understand your choice. But as of right now, I'm confused.
