If that was a human instead of a robot I might assume he was trying to catch the squirrel to eat it (because he's shackled)

I enjoy the empathy the squirrel is showing for the poor fellow victim of a rapacious and evil humanity. It reminds me of the First People who tried to aid slaves held by the evil anglo-christian invaders.Β

I hope C3P0 doesn't hurt the squirrel.
You know I just critiqued an artwork that relied on pure meaning, and one that relied on pure aesthetic value.
However here I see one that has accomplished both.
Its meaning is right in the title and fairly goddamn blatant so that hardly needs explaining.
And I just have to say that the texture on the robot and the stone are just amazing.
I do see a flaw with that little furball, he seems to blend in with the stone a bit making it look flat.
Other then that I can hardly see flaws in this artwork.

Honestly thought it was digital, really impressive to see that it's traditional art. The artwork itself seems like it has a story behind it, and the robot design adds good dramatic effect to it.
