I just wanna say.... thank you hussie. for everything. I'm still really torn over this silly webcomic ending. in fact, I'm close to crying again right now! it's been a really rough 4/13. I'm honestly too emotionally attached to every single character in this webcomic, and it's really showing.... I don't feel any bitterness or confusion over the upd8; it all made sense to me. I just felt. sad. and now I'm slowly getting over it. slowly, but surely.

I've been passionate and enthusiastic about homestuck since august 2012 ( I was a tiny 7th grader back then ), and it's going to be many, many years until that passion and enthusiasm fades away. I'm the kind of person who just can't let go of things, especially things that have completely changed who I am and gave me so many friends over the years. :'^)

believe it or not, I found homestuck through memebase cheezburger?? I think that's what the site was called?? something cheezburger lol... I was in my hardcore Bad Meme Phase, and suddenly homestuck memes were sprawled all over the website I checked on a daily basis for bad memes. of course, I checked it out, finished in less than a month ( maybe even a week? I can't remember really. I'm a fast reader so I wouldn't doubt it ) and became INSTANTLY hooked. I remember staying up until 4 am, watching cascade with the most shocked expression on my face. that was the same expression I had ( albeit with more crying lmao rip ) when I watched the final flash. I watched it at a community livestream and honestly all the comments made by everyone were hilarious and kind of the exact same thing I was thinking.

sorry for rambling! I hope you enjoy the pic, and enjoyed the upd8, because I know I did. I look forward to the epilogue, homestuck 2.0, and hiveswap. I never wanna leave this fandom. it's my first one and I wouldn't even be posting on deviantart or anywhere if it wasn't for my homestuck friends, and it's.... it's really important to me.
