This is such a beautiful image in both concept and execution. I particularly youβre your choice in composition, as well as how the colours create a cold, detached feeling, yet - to me - the violin, in contrast ( colour wise), almost seems to be the 'heart'. Also, again with the 'flatness' of the arms, I think this actually works in advantage to the image.
However! All in all this is a simply stunning piece of work.

concept on this is great..and I love the imagery. The only thing that errs me I guess is the flatness of the wall...perhaps a tad more texture would add depth?

Thanks.. (: I tried adding more texture when I was still working on this, but it just took away from the rest of it. I'll try some different textures, of cuorse, but I'm pretty happy the way it is.
