There's a key that has the accent, you press it and then you press the vocal you want, not sure if that would work on your keyboard.

Here in Latin America the title of the show wasn't translated literally, in english it is "American dragon" however in Latin America it was changed to "Dragón Occidental" (western dragon)

Si, en cuanto a caricaturas y animacion no hay algo que me guste realmente en este momento , solo veo Young Justice y los nuevos Thundercats, pero esos los veo en ingles por internet. Lo bueno de Jake Long es que todos los capitulos estan en internet, en español latino y los subieron legalmente, asi que no creo que los quiten en un buen rato.
