Yes, this is THE original "Keep Calm and Don't Blink" poster. I originally designed this in July 2009. I really wanted to do a 'Keep Calm and Carry On' variation poster (that was when that trend started getting really huge). I decided to do a variation using Doctor Who, my favorite t.v. show.
When I posted the finished product to my favorite online community, it started appearing on Tumblr, Facebook, forums and other social networking sites literally within minutes.
I had NO. CLUE. it would become so popular. If I had, I would have watermarked the hell out of it. But it's cool that nearly two years later (as of this writing) Doctor Who fans are still digging it.

my friend has this small stone angel in her room i kept staring at it my friend looked at me then turned the angel around then i blinked.

I'm very late in noticing this comment, but DO NOT BUY FROM Think Geek. They stole this shirt idea from me. I invented the phrase "Keep Calm and Don't Blink", so I was the first person to EVER sell t-shirts with this slogan and design. I sold "Keep Calm and Don't Blink" for two years before Think Geek started selling theirs. If you want this shirt, I hope you'll buy from me, the original creator, at my website Dontblinktees.com, rather than from a giant company that steals its t-shirt designs from independent artists.
