Marico uploaded this Sunday morning...I saw it checking Facebook...and it was posted on Raven's wall. Really amazing piece.

Drove to Richmond after a long night.....and mentioned to Raven that he had posted this on his wall....Raven ...great guy...mentioned to him that I'd really wish that they would hire on inkers more.....and he mentioned that with a good colorist that inkers were not need...and that it would take another two weeks and the cost fact involved.

Well....I remembered this piece from this morning...and figured...well....wonder how long it would take me to ink this amazing piece plugged into some music and movies playing in front of me.....trying to not jump on facebook and check messages.

I started this piece at 7pm.....at dinner...so you'd have to subtract an hour there....finished at 2am.....so that would be 7hours ..... 6 if you subtract the dinner time.

So....I really have to tell Pat Lee thank you....without the 1 day a page while working on Widow Warriors...I really don't think I would have become faster at inking.

Either way.....Marcio did an amazing job on this piece....I think the inks came out great......and had a great time chatting it up at the Zenescope booth and other artist...Randy Green, Bill, some guys from Dynamite Entertainment, Louis JR, Dark One, and others.
