This is another of my OC Simon, and possibly one of my messiest pics yet! D: I kept revising things over and over again to the point where the file is cluttered with way too many,Β very unorganized layers. Not exactly feeling 100% with this one, but I can't seem to figure out what else to do so I figured I may never be satisfied and will leave it up to whoever finds this interesting.
