Made in 3ds max 2010Rendered with Mental Ray

A combiner inspired by Optimus Prime and Overload concepts from Transformers movies + a little mix of v-22 thrown in there

Could you do a tutorial or something like that to show how do you do these masterpieces?
I would love to learn to do something like that, I know experience is needed for this and I just started using 3dsmax like 8 months ago, but for shure some advice from a true master would help a lot!!
I love drawing robots and machines, and it would be great to have 3d models of them well done like this.

i fink it will work only after next HD generation ... like FULL HDx2 or 4...
i mean on 1920*1080 with so many poligons will look like porridge, in animation time.... i fink so (sry for my english)

Can definitely see the influence. Marvellously detailed work as always. What a beaut.
I was surprised the orange works as well as it does. I would thin it would stick out a bit more, but it seems close enough to the red to not be obnoxious.
I'm curious what is that shattered-looking black and allspark-blue colored piece near the rear of his upper set of tires?
