So this cool guy was originally designed by ComradeRadDad . I would definitely recommend checking them out, they make amazing designs + characters! Anyways, here's his info:

Roger Timothy Clawkins
Sexuality: Bi-Sexual

Age: Young Adult

Specie: Feline
Traits: Short-tempered, Psycho, Pyromaniac, Sadistic, Clever, Handy, Antisocial, and Cautious
Bio: Roger grew up and lived his childhood in an orphanage. During his time there, he grew a fascination for fire, claiming it's "a sight to see" and that "It's a beautiful cause of destruction". When he was 16, he set the orphanage on fire and escaped. Baffled, investigators later stated the fire was "an unfortunate accident" and the case was closed. The burn scars on Roger's face are memoirs of the incident. Roger now runs loose in the world and sets fires to homes and buildings on order to see the bursting flames and smell the suffocating smoke and odor of burning corpses.

Some Facts:
He has random fits of laughter. The reason behind this is unknown.
He actually has weak lungs to due almost constant exposure to flames and smoke, this is why he always wears his mask and keeps his oxygen tank in contact.
Light a match and he will stare at it for hours on end.
Always smells Like ashes + smoke
If he were a chef, he'd probably burn everything intentionally.
Gets shy and flustered around people he likes. Unfortunately, he has no idea how to get with someone or even flirt.
Loves beef jerky; Practically lives for it!
