Took me forever to start on this XD But I actually did it in all one sitting today in a couple hours! *does a victory dance*As usual I took the character and added a little detail, in this case the clothing. Everything else on the character is as accurate as I could manage from the reference picture.
Lapis can manipulate water, so I used that to help out filling the background haha. All in all I'm pleased with the outcome *nod nod*

I found out that the large yellow mark under the eye in the ref is actually supposed to be her eyelashes, which was confusing because on the open eye in the ref there is no indication of thick lashes. @_@ I got it wrong.

Yeah X3 I've colored blond hair a couple times with my copics, using three different yellows seems to work out well.
