Mmmm...nah, I think you're okay. It's not that graphic, especially since it just looks like he's poking a black tar creature in the head. Of course, I would be a person who who is extremely sensitive to all R-rated things EXCEPT for violence, so maybe I just don't have a bad reaction to blood. I really don't think it requires a mature content button, though, since there's no gore. Let's see what the other commenters think.
