I was influenced by watching old cartoons like Looney Tunes and Tex Avery cartoons to try and make something more zany. I'm hoping to make more cartoons in that style in the future.

That was AWESOME! Great gags. I love when a toon cliche is pointed out for a joke (i.e. Slappy Squirrel material).
I guessed the sink would land on him. Too cool. I think the fart-rocket then falling through his own gas was the most original joke of it's kind I've seen in ages!

I liked it. ^^ The lip synching bugs me just a tiiiny bit, but then I've only animated a 2-second looped clip so far, so I'm not really in a place to say anything.

You should definitely keep this up, this old wacky style of cartoons is brilliant, just what is missing from kids tv these days. Also the voice-overs are brilliant!

It's an adorable cartoon, Duds, although I wonder if my browser is broken cuz' I swear the scene when Conroy's body is spinning just...freezes. O_O That said, it's a nice little look into cartoon characters going meta and talking about their awareness of their chosen tropes: in this case, humorously falling.

Heh. I really wish this style of cartoon comes back sometime. The fun style, and the style of humour.
Not that current animated shows aren't great- but there's a certain charm that the old stuff retains that modern works simply can't capture.

You should get it. Animation isn't easy, but it's a lot of fun, and in this day and age, if people want to make animated cartoon, they should just do it!

Yeah, good point. But I am on a laptop, so the most I can get drawing-wise is a mouse, as I'm a student and therefore broke.

Yeah, unfortunately animation is expensive. Not only would you need Flash, you would need a Wacom tablet too.
