Heinz Doofenshmirtz : Emperor of USA (and soon-to-be-the-WHOLE-world). Once, just a regular old mad scientist fighting a platypus agent and seeking to take control of the Tri-state area, Doof gained the upper hand when he discovered two brilliant boys known as Phineas and Ferb.

Learning that they were great inventors like Doof himself, Heinz wanted access to ALL of their ideas. Unfortnately, Phineas and Ferb's "BIG Idea" book was heavily guarded and locked with a secret password that only three people knew of. Phineas, Ferb, and....Candace.

Heinz was quite happy when he heard that last name : Candace Flynn. There was a rumor going around in the city that the sister of the two boys had gone mad and insane just a few months ago. The girl had attempted to STRANGLE her brothers, her family, and their friends, but Candace's madness was stopped and she was sent to Danville Asylum.

That night, Heinz payed the girl a visit and busted her out of the asylum, and in return, he'd get the password. Candace eagerly gave it to Heinz (not before getting in a fight with her and losing his left eye of course), desiring revenge.

A week later, Heinz had easily conquered the city, and having destroyed O.W.C.A and sent the agents fleeing, all were under his rule. Then, Heinz set his mind on world domination! He quickly took command of USA and made it into a Doof-dystopia.

Months have passed since Doof's command and Phineas, Pery, and Ferb are determined to stop this villianous mad-man.

Candace, however, now works under the (semi)employment of Doof, sent out to find her little brothers and pet platypus. With an arsenal of crazy weapons, will this psycho girl and world-dominating man succeed?
