It's my first interactive transformation animation. And it's also the first time I've ever tried using this kind of interactivity for it.Drag the mouse over the girl to go transforming her part by part. I'm sorry there isn't much else to do with her, I couldn't think of anything.
I know the "painting" might be a bit slow, it's because I was working at a pixel level and there are a lot of pixels on the screen. Also, the girl's reactions depend on how much she is transformed, but I have to say the measuring isn't very accurate.

When I saw the thumbnail for this, I first thought this was Max (my computer didn't show the title when I hovered my cursor over it).

This is neato, but my only complaint is that it's not quiet clear that you need to click and drag, instead of just drag. I mean, nothing huge, but it's something you should post in the instructions. I mean, it only took me about 10 seconds to decide to click b/c I thought it took awhile, but other than that it's good to go.
