I was talking with a friend who's a history freak and I asked him about Russia's mom. He told me that she should be Tatarstan. So something like this came to my mind.

Tatarstan was a barbarian country who fought against Byzantine. They always argued because of their religious differences, they were like this till Russia was born. Sadly, the conflicts continued. Nowadays, Tatarstan lives at Russia's house.

She is very kind, but when she's mad she turns into a wild beast (remember she's Russia's mom). Tatarstan is Mongolia's cousin, so this makes Mongolia Russia's uncle. This the reason why Russia is considered to be an inferior being.
