I saw this quote earlier and I gave it a twist ending. The quote is from a Doctor Who episode and I was originally going to use the 11th Doctor but I was really tired when I got around to actually drawing it that I forgot and just used the 10th Doctor. Oh, well. Enjoy.
EDIT:
I fixed the scarf. I often forget last minute things cuz I get so excited when my creations are almost finished. For most, the scarf probably wasn't a big deal, for others it was probably a distraction, for which I apologize. Hopefully, this will improve the pictures overall appearance.
