He's a Riekling from the Bloodmoon expansion. Some of them ride boars.

Oh, Morrowind. It is an excellent game I will never tire of, no matter how old the graphics get. And even THAT can be taken care of with mods if ya play on PC, but still don't need uber graphics.
And I love Khajiit. My favorite race. :3

Lol! I've tried to ride guars before... It didn't work very well. It freaked out and had a heart attack when I was still on it's back. Poor thing.

He's called Mudcrab Merchant and you can talk to him and sell him stuff. He has a lot of money, actually.

I think Morrowind is the best part of the Elder-Scrools-Series. Unfortunately the Khajjit aren't digidigraded in the Oblivion part
