During a parade in celebration of his win over the evil Piccolo, Kid Goku is enjoying the sights and many balloons and floats when he overhears a parade marshall being grilled about a missing parade balloon from the collection. Giving his kind-hearted nature Goku offers to help, before he can explain that he intends to ride his nimbus cloud and pick up a replacement, but gets more than he bargained for.
