Exactly!
For example I've been trying to find Yankee-kun to megane-chan for months. The only way to get it (that I know of) is to order it online from singapore.

But a solution could be be just to find a website that isn't based in the U.S. I'm pretty sure Canada and other countries don;t have the same copyright laws (that's why they can download music legally) so they can't be forced to remove the content.
